This 60 minute yoga practice offers a gentle mix of Hatha yoga based styles including breathwork and meditation to stimulate the energy systems in the body while at that same time bringing calm to the mind. Mindfulness practices based on the 7 attitudes from Jon Kabat-Zinn are woven throughout the class to facilitate the connection of the mind, breath, body, and spirit. All levels are welcome, with a focus on beginners and advanced beginners. All you need is an open mind, yoga mat, towel or blanket (to roll for support as needed), and water.Space in this event is limited. Registration for this class has filled.

In this class, we’ll go over what a web browser is, highlight important features of the four most-used browsers, and talk a bit about staying safe online.This class will be held on Zoom. Town Social Worker Justin Cancel will be available during library drop-in hours to provide assistance with a variety of need-based referrals. These referrals include help finding therapists, psychiatrists, primary care physicians and substance use treatment programs. Cancel will also be able to assist with applications for food benefits (Food stamps/WIC), housing resources, clothing support and crisis guidance.
